Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 19, 2026
Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of this website, including any subdomains, and any content, products, or services made available on or through it (the “Site”). The Site is operated and managed by Real Partner Marketing LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 7901 4th St N, #21747, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. By visiting the Site, calling a number displayed on the Site, or requesting information through the Site, you agree to this Policy as it may be amended from time to time.
This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Use. As the Site, our services, or our marketing programs change, this Policy may change, and changes are effective upon posting. We do not provide notice of changes other than by posting them here, so please check back periodically. The Site is intended for users located in the United States and this Policy is interpreted under the laws of the United States.
The Site is an advertisement. We are a marketing company. We are not an insurance company, insurance agency, or insurance producer, and we do not sell, solicit, underwrite, bind, or issue insurance. Licensed insurance agents and agencies who receive your call are independent third parties responsible for their own privacy practices.
1. Information we collect and our sources
We may collect the following categories of information, directly from you, automatically from your device, or from third parties such as advertising platforms, publishers, call-routing providers, and data or verification vendors:
- Information you provide. Information you submit or transmit through the Site or by telephone, email, or other channels, which may include your name, telephone number, email address, mailing address or ZIP code, date of birth or age range, state of residence, and general information about your insurance interests.
- Telephony and audio data. When call tracking and routing are enabled, we and our call-platform providers may collect call logs and routing information, the originating telephone number, the routing number dialed, caller ID information, date, time, duration, call and session identifiers, routing path and transfer history, geographic region, call disposition and outcome, and audio call recordings together with any transcriptions or keyword data derived from them. Calls may be monitored, recorded, and transcribed for quality, training, verification, analytics, and compliance purposes.
- Automatically collected information. IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language, referring and exit URLs, pages and content viewed, clicks, session duration, approximate geolocation derived from IP address, and advertising or device identifiers, collected using cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, session replay, log files, and similar technologies.
- Third-party and publisher information. Information provided to us by advertising networks, media publishers, traffic partners, and lead or data providers, including campaign, keyword, click, and attribution identifiers, and any information you supplied to those parties that they are permitted to share with us.
- Correspondence. The content of emails, messages, or other communications you send to us, and our responses.
We do not knowingly request or want sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or detailed medical or health records through the Site. Please do not submit such information to us. Any medical or financial information needed for an insurance application is collected directly by the licensed agent or insurer, under their own privacy practices.
2. How we use information
We may use the information we collect to:
- connect you by telephone with a licensed insurance agent or agency and facilitate your requested conversation;
- operate, maintain, secure, test, and improve the Site and our marketing programs;
- measure, attribute, verify, and optimize advertising campaigns and media performance, including conversion and call-quality reporting to our advertising partners and publishers;
- verify the legitimacy of traffic and calls and detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and other unlawful activity;
- respond to your inquiries and provide customer or compliance support;
- create de-identified or aggregated data that does not identify you and use it for any lawful business purpose, including analytics and reporting; and
- comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, audits, subpoenas, and lawful requests, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We may also use commercially available tools, including automated analytics, to evaluate traffic quality and campaign performance. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share or disclose information as follows:
- Licensed agents and agencies. With the licensed insurance agent, agency, or call center that receives or handles your call, so they can assist you. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies and is not controlled by us.
- Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, telephony and call routing, analytics, security, fraud prevention, email delivery, and professional advisors, under contracts limiting their use of the information.
- Advertising partners and publishers. With advertising platforms, networks, and publishers for campaign measurement, attribution, billing, quality assurance, and compliance review. Depending on your state, certain advertising-related disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 7 for your opt-out rights.
- Telecommunications partners and registries. To connect and route your call, certain telephony data — including call logs, caller ID information, routing numbers, and call metadata — must be shared with upstream carriers, call-routing and call-tracking platforms, and industry registries. These disclosures are necessary to complete calls, maintain network security, prevent fraud, respond to industry traceback requests, and comply with telecommunications rules.
- Compliance vendors. With consent-verification, litigation-scrub, and do-not-call or suppression-list services used to confirm that communications are permitted and to honor opt-out requests.
- Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental or regulatory request (including from the FCC, FTC, or a state Attorney General), to enforce our Terms of Use, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business or assets.
- With your direction. With any other party at your request or with your consent.
4. Cookies, pixels, and interest-based advertising
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure performance, and support advertising, including interest-based advertising on other websites and platforms. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; blocking them may affect how the Site functions. You may also be able to limit interest-based advertising through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info), the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), and your mobile device’s advertising settings.
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because no common industry standard for responding to those signals has been finalized, the Site does not currently respond to them. We do honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law.
5. Telephone communications and your choices
Calls you place to a number displayed on the Site are inbound calls initiated by you. We do not send marketing text messages and we do not place automated or prerecorded outbound marketing calls to you based on your visit to the Site. If you provide your telephone number and consent to be contacted, that consent applies only to the parties and purposes identified at the time you give it, and it is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
You may withdraw consent or ask to stop further contact at any time by telling the agent on the call, by replying STOP to any text message you receive from a party you consented to hear from, or by emailing us at hello@realpartnermarketing.com. Please allow a reasonable period for internal opt-out processing. You may also register your number on the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov.
Calls may be monitored or recorded. By continuing a call after any recording notice, you consent to that monitoring or recording. If you do not consent, please end the call. Recording and transcription practices vary by state law, and calls originating from two-party consent states are handled accordingly.
Call recordings and transcripts may be processed by our call platform and its authorized service providers, including automated speech-to-text and analytics tools, to produce transcripts, detect keywords, measure call quality, and verify compliance. We do not use these recordings to build advertising profiles about you, and we do not sell them.
When you ask not to be contacted, your telephone number is added to an internal suppression list. Because telemarketing laws require us to keep records of opt-out requests, we retain suppressed numbers even if you later ask us to delete other information about you. Retaining a number in a suppression list is used only to prevent further contact.
6. Security, retention, and children
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to operate our business, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, and audit obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and applicable legal requirements, after which information is deleted or de-identified.
We practice data minimization for telephony data. Call recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed for quality, verification, and compliance review, and personal details in inactive call logs and archives are redacted or deleted on a routine schedule. Consent and opt-out records, and suppression-list entries, are kept longer where telemarketing rules require proof of compliance.
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
7. State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information: to know or access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we process; to request correction of inaccurate information; to request deletion; to obtain a portable copy; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and to be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising these rights.
These rights are provided under laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, and comparable laws in states such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Florida, and others, subject to each law’s exceptions and thresholds. California residents may also request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes under California’s “Shine the Light” law.
Notice of collection. In the preceding twelve months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 1 and used and disclosed them for the purposes described in Sections 2 and 3. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We may share online identifiers with advertising partners for targeted advertising, which you may opt out of as described in Section 4 or by contacting us.
To protect your information, we verify requests before acting on them and may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity. We may decline a request we cannot verify or that the law exempts, and we will explain why.
To exercise a right, email hello@realpartnermarketing.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or write to us at the address below. We will verify your request using information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity and will respond within the time required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word “Appeal.”
8. Third-party websites and links
The Site may contain links to, or be reached through advertisements on, websites and platforms we do not control, including publisher sites, social media, insurance agency sites, and insurer sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or data collection of those third parties. Review their policies before providing information to them.
9. International users and changes to this Policy
The Site is operated in and intended for the United States. Information we collect is processed and stored in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those in your location. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you consent to that transfer and processing.
We may update this Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Your continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
