Terms of Use
Last updated: September 19, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
This website, including any subdomains and all content, features, and services made available through it (the “Site”), is operated and managed by Real Partner Marketing LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 7901 4th St N, #21747, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. By accessing or using the Site, calling a telephone number displayed on the Site, or submitting any request through the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Site. We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
2. What the Site is — and what it is not
The Site is an advertisement and a general educational and marketing resource. Its purpose is to help connect interested consumers by telephone with independent licensed insurance agents or agencies.
Company is a marketing company. Company is not an insurance company, insurance agency, insurance producer, broker, or fiduciary. Company does not sell, solicit, negotiate, underwrite, bind, issue, renew, adjust, or administer insurance, and does not provide quotes or coverage. All insurance discussions, recommendations, applications, policies, premiums, claims, and servicing are the sole responsibility of the licensed agent, agency, or insurer you choose to work with. Those parties are independent third parties, not our agents, employees, or partners in any joint venture.
3. No professional advice
Content on the Site is general in nature and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or individualized insurance advice, and it is not a recommendation that any product is suitable for you. You should consult a properly licensed professional regarding your specific circumstances before purchasing any insurance or financial product.
4. No guarantee of coverage, availability, or outcome
Nothing on the Site is an offer, quote, binder, or guarantee of insurance, eligibility, approval, pricing, or any particular outcome. Products and agents are available only in jurisdictions where they are properly licensed and authorized, and availability may change without notice. Eligibility, premiums, benefits, limitations, exclusions, guarantees, cash value, and underwriting requirements are determined solely by the insurer and the applicable policy contract and state law. Policy terms control in all cases.
5. Telephone calls, consent, and recording
Calls placed to a number shown on the Site are inbound calls that you initiate. Calls may be routed, transferred, monitored, transcribed, or recorded for quality, training, verification, analytics, and compliance purposes. By continuing a call after any recording notice, you consent to such monitoring and recording; if you do not consent, end the call.
We do not send marketing text messages and do not place automated or prerecorded outbound marketing calls based on your visit to the Site. If you voluntarily provide your telephone number and consent to be contacted, that consent is not a condition of purchase, is limited to the parties and purposes disclosed at the time of consent, and may be revoked at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. Standard message and data rates may apply to any communications you request.
6. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You agree that any information you provide is truthful, accurate, and your own, and that you are the authorized user and subscriber of any telephone number you provide. You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purpose;
- submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorization;
- copy, scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, harvest, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Site or its content;
- use bots, automated dialers, click fraud, incentivized traffic, spam, or other means to generate traffic or calls;
- interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems; or
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
We may refuse service, block access, or remove content at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and all text, graphics, layout, design, code, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other materials on it are owned by or licensed to Company and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. All other uses, including reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or commercial exploitation, require our prior written consent. Any third-party names or marks are the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice with the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to hello@realpartnermarketing.com.
8. Third-party sites, agents, and advertising
The Site may link to or be reached through third-party websites, publishers, platforms, and advertisements we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, licensing, conduct, privacy practices, or performance of any third party, including any licensed agent, agency, call center, or insurer you may be connected with. Any dealings you have with a third party are solely between you and that party.
Certain images and illustrations on the Site may be computer-generated or stock imagery and are for illustrative purposes only. They do not depict actual clients, agents, policies, or results.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY AGENT, AGENCY, INSURER, PRODUCT, OR OUTCOME.
Availability and calls. The Site and any click-to-call feature depend on hosting, call-routing, and telecommunications services we do not control. They may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted for maintenance, carrier or network issues, or events beyond our control, and calls may fail, drop, or reach a voicemail or hold queue. We do not guarantee availability, call connection, hold times, or that an agent will be reachable at any particular time, and we are not liable for any interruption or failed call.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, ANY CALL, ANY THIRD PARTY, OR ANY INSURANCE PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. COMPANY’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company and its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against all claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and the cost of responding to subpoenas, regulatory investigations, administrative proceedings, or inquiries by federal or state authorities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your breach of these terms or of any law, the information you provide, or your interactions with any third party. We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, at our own expense, in which case you will cooperate fully with us.
12. Binding arbitration and class action waiver
Please read this section carefully. Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court and claims seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement, you and Company agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Site, these terms, any telephone call, or our marketing communications — including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state telemarketing or privacy laws — will be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration, and not in court.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, and may be conducted by telephone, video, written submissions, or in person in Pinellas County, Florida. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section.
You and Company waive any right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, mass, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court and all other claims remain in arbitration.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to send a written notice of dispute to hello@realpartnermarketing.com describing the claim and the relief sought, and to allow 60 days for informal resolution. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to the address below within 30 days of first accepting these terms; opting out does not affect any other provision.
13. Governing law, limitations, and general terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 12, any permitted court action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. Any claim must be filed within one year after it arises, to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified or severed and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Company regarding the Site. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, and governing law survive termination.
